RECIPE

150gm boiled arhar dal, medium size Tomato, pieces of 2 medium size onion, small pieces of brinjal, dumpstick,pumpkin, flower etc. Take 2 table spoon hot edible oil in a pan add pieces of onion cook it for 3 to 5 minutes, add 10gm KETKI SAMBHAR MASALA cook it for 3 minutes add pieces of vegetables cook it for 10 minutes, real south indian sambhar is ready. Serve with any South Indian Snack item.
