Pieces/paste of 2 medium size oninon, 1 medium size tomato, garlic, ginger,jeera, mustard , asafoetida, turmeric, chilly powder fry these ingredients in hot edible oil. Add 10g KETKI GARAM MASALA cook for 3 minutes, add small quantity of salt , add any vegetable pour it for 3 minutes , add water as required cook it for 10 to 15 minutes . Your delicious dish is ready.
